John G. Haubenreich practices in the areas of corporate and business litigation, general civil litigation, and corporate law. John has tried to verdict numerous cases in the superior and state courts of Georgia, and in federal district courts. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with highest honors in 1973, and received his law degree from Emory University in 1976. John is a member of the bars of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  

Since 1988, John has maintained an AV Preeminent®  peer review rating by Martindale-Hubble Law Directory, the oldest attorney rating service in the country, founded in 1896.  The AV rating is the highest peer rating standard and is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.

In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Georgia, John is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the DeKalb Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a Fellow of the American Bar Association, a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, and a member of the ABA’s Center for Professional Responsibility.
